The Sexy Seven For Optimal Health

A while back, I wrote about the importance of the "SEXY SEVEN" for optimal health.  The sexy seven are seven (obviously) important supplements that people should consume for optimal health.  Now, I know there is always at least one person who says, "If you eat a perfect diet, you don't need supplements"  and my response is "Name a person who eats a perfect diet."
