It's Wellness Wednesday!

First of all, what is wellness?  Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. The World Health Organization adds, (wellness is) a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

Lose Sickness and Find Wellness' goal is to help and educate people to become aware of many of the issues that people face when working towards creating a healthy lifestyle.  We have a combined 40+ years of health, wellness, and fitness experience behind us.  Although some skeptics disagree, our goal is NOT to sell products but to provide information and education that allows people to make the best decisions for them.  Because we (Beth and Phillip) have been on our own wellness journeys, we share our experiences openly.  When we recommend foods, supplements, exercises, wellness programs, etc. it's because we have personal experiences with them. We know what we're talking about as we are both certified to train medical professionals and their staffs on the benefits of nutraceuticals.
